Lwcus T is proud to present 'Static Box' the eighth single from the monthly Sywel Nyw singles project in 2021.

The guest for August are the Indie Pop band from North West Wales, Gwilym. Gwilym is one of Wales' most popular new bands and is known for their memorable and exciting tunes and melodies. 'Static Box' is co-written between Lewys and the band. The song brings a comparison between soap opera and real life, and those who see the world through square eyed vision.

Ifan said: “It's a privilege to be among this group of artists who make up the series, but the greatest privilege was to compose the song with Lewys and adapt our writing process to his creative vision. ”

The zoom sessions were a lot of fun, and the song is one we will carry with us for a long time!”

Static Box will be out on Friday 27th August.
